Since the early 1980's, ITS has been the primary tape and document storage location for the Pétroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) daughter companies and non-oil related companies.
ITS has a large climate controlled storage facility for tapes and documents in Guarenas, a suburb of Caracas. The tape transcription center is located in this same facility. We archive under strict environmental and security conditions with access only through a "blind employee" code system.
We offer QC of seismic and well-log tapes for contents and compliancance of labels and tape headers with clients requirements. Our inventory database is fuly adapted for all oil industry data types (including 3D seismic), with complete tracking of "in-out" history of individual items.
